Honestly, it was really fun to go through the box and try the snacks because some of them were delicious and some were down right inedible. Here's what I got:
Wasabi Potato Crisps: my brother licked one of the crackers and immediately ran to the sink to rinse his mouth. I already know I hate wasabi, so I didn't even bother eating it. I suppose if you like wasabi, though, then these crackers might be OK.
Edo Blueberry Pis: this was just a Fig Newton.
Peach Milk Ball Soft Candy: cute and delicious. The sweet treats were the best parts.
Assorted Crispy Candy: there was this one candy made of "nut meat", and I loved it. It tasted like the inside of an Almond Roca.
Shelly Senbei Hot & Spicy Rice Crackers: these crackers weren't too spicy. They were like rice cakes.
Shelly Senbei Sweet Rice Crackers: see above basically.
Butterfly Cookies: these cookies were so friggin' good. They were buttery, flakey, and nomnomnom.
Pineapple and tangerine hard candies: these hard candies taste so much like their assigned fruits. They are like fancier Jolly Ranchers.
Always Almond Cookies: these were my favorite! They were the perfect combo of sweet and salty. There were a bit dry and crispy, but that's the way they're supposed to be.
White Rabbit: I was disappointed by these. I wanted to love them because I like rabbits and little candies. The candies were too hard, and I couldn't chew them. The Universal Yums! site recommended to microwave them, but warmed candies just seems weird to me.
So, overall, it was a very fun experience. I look forward to getting the next box from Scandinavia this month, and I will take more pictures of the next box to give an even more inclusive experience.
