For theses pops, you want to use mega-stuffed Oreos, they have more "cream" in them, so it is easier to place the stick in them. Speaking of sticks, you can puck up these cake pop stems at any craft store, and possibly in the baking section of your grocer. For the chocolate I used white chocolate melts, but you could use chocolate chips.
This is a bad picture, but I just wanted to show that I use a piece of wax paper to set the pops on to dry, and that this formation, of putting each pop the opposite way saves space.
Now that you have your sticks stuck in, its time to melt the chocolate. Melt according to chocolate melt instructions, but the basic guidelines are to melt at 50% power in 30 second intervals, mixing in between. Once the chocolate is almost melted, stop heating and let the heat of the cup melt it the rest of the way.
Dip the pops, and place on wax paper, once you get about 6 pops done, it's time to do the sprinkles before the chocolate gets too hard.
Then let them cool, and enjoy!
