Happy Friday foodie friends! Thanksgiving is going to be here before you know it (aka 13 days)! It's time to start planning your menu and what you're going to serve to your family and friends this holiday, and boy do I have a must add. Everyone knows that Apple Pie is a great dessert on Thanksgiving, especially if you're not a fan of Pumpkin anything (me), but maybe it's time to change it up and make that Apple Pie into an Apple Cheesecake.
Side note: I'm a self-identified Dorothy Zbornak, so it should come as no surprise that one of my jams in life is cheesecake. Cheesecake makes everything better, and it really is so simple to make. People will be in love with you for serving America's favorite dessert, and you will certainly be the "host/hostess with the mostess."
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• 20 oz of Cream Cheese (2 1/2 containers)
• Keebler Graham Cracker Crust
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 medium sized apples of your choice, I used Fuji Apples
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Start buy slowly mixing just the cream cheese in a large bowl to soften it up. Then cube up one of the apples into small chunks. A little at a time, put the apples in the cream cheese. Then add in the sugar, milk and eggs.

Take a minute and use a double boiler (or if you're like me a small saucepan of water and a bowl) to melt down the white chocolate chips into a nice melted, creamy mix. Then add the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture.
Feel free to add different seasonings into the mix as well like vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg etc.
Pour it into the crust.
After you've added the mix into the crust, use the other apple to garnish the top of cake. I just cored the apple and then cut the slices in half. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't have put the apples in the center, it doesn't look great, and unfortunately didn't help the cake set.

Bake at 350˚ for 45-50 minutes. Important, I forgot to check my center, but you should definitely check the center at the end of the time to make sure that it's set properly.
Let it cool for about an hour on the counter and then refrigerate overnight. Take it out and serve it for dessert at your Thanksgiving get together.

Minus the center not holding up, this cheesecake is 10/10!
I hope you all enjoy your Thanksgiving! Let us know what you're having for dessert!
